The hotel's location is great for those going to concerts or shopping as it is near an events venue and a city shopping center. The staff is friendly and apologized on behalf of the hotel for issues guests experienced. The breakfast is diverse and delicious.
Some guests had issues with outdated key systems, which made it difficult to access the toilet and caused the lights to turn off abruptly.

The hotel had a good location close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was also a good deal, with a variety of food. the decorations for Christmas were also nice.
The heating in the room was turned off during the night making it very cold. the keys to the room were also outdated and difficult to use.
